HOBOKEN, NJ — People are often told their rents are rising, or they must leave their apartment, without knowing that the state and local governments offer certain protections and rights.

The Hoboken library writes, "Join us in the Small Programming Room (500 Park Ave) on Monday, March 27 at 6 p.m. for a free legal seminar presented by Northeast New Jersey Legal Services."

An attorney will present about landlord and tenant rights and answer questions. NNJLS lawyers provide no-cost legal services for eligible residents of Hudson County.
