Snow Day In Hoboken: Schools Closed Tuesday
The Hoboken schools are closed on Tuesday, Feb. 12 due to snow. See the superintendent's announcement.
HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken schools will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 13 due to a forecast for (as of now) 3-7 inches of snow.
Superintendent of Schools Christine Johnson said in a phone message that the timing of the snow as well as the predicted amounts were both factors. The snow is expected to start by 7 a.m. as temperatures drop.

A new forecast for the impending winter storm calls for as much as 3-7 inches of snow on Tuesday morning. A winter storm warning runs from 4 a.m. on Tuesday through 6 p.m. the same day.
The city of Hoboken issued guidance on Monday afternoon, saying they'll suspend street sweeping on Tuesday and prohibiting parking on emergency routes.
