Steven Rainey Joins CW Solutions as GIS Manager

Steven Rainey of Hoboken, N.J., has joined CW Solutions as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager. He brings eight years of experience, providing geospatial support in various disciplines to his new role.

Rainey will be responsible for providing a full range of GIS and mapping services including reports and maps identifying sites for specific industries. He will be supporting infrastructure development projects involving right-of-way and easement acquisition for the region's utility and wireless companies.

Prior to joining CW Solutions, Rainey worked with the City of Newark, Office of Management and Budget as GIS administrator, creating custom web map applications and managing property ownership data. He was also a project leader with direct involvement in GIS Development Life Cycles.
