Tastebuds Taco Guys Are Back: Truck Gets A Storefront In Hoboken Today (Monday). See Menu.

When a taco truck loses its parking spot, another window of opportunity opens in Hoboken. They're at Church Square Park until 8 p.m. today.

HOBOKEN, NJ — These tacos may have been down, but don't count them out.

After a bike rack replaced the former parking spot frequently used by Tastebuds Taco Truck near Church Square Park last month, the two Hoboken-based owners have come up with a few collaborations, including a site that's just steps from their old spot.

Each Monday, the chefs will be serving food at Number Eleven Food Store, a relatively new Asian fusion restaurant at 342 Garden St.
