Timed Sushi Experience Coming To Hoboken: Sushi By Bou

On the heels of the announcement that Avocado Sushi is coming to Hoboken, another sushi restaurant is on the way.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Weeks after Avocado Sushi posted signage on Hoboken's Washington Street, another sushi experience with several locations says it's coming to the mile-square city soon.

Sushi by Bou operates out of hotels and restaurants and has been expanding through New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Illinois.

There's already a location in Jersey City, inside Ani Ramen.

What's different about Sushi by Bou? They serve fresh fish in 30- and 60-minute dining periods.

The restaurant group says, "Our classic Sushi By Bou experience includes a timed chef’s choice 12-piece omakase. Furthermore, "We offer 30-minute and 60-minute dining. Our timed seatings help us keep the quality of our fish high but affordable. Our seasoned chefs serve you directly at the sushi counter, guiding you through the meal, and providing a truly exclusive experience."

The company said it's coming "soon" to Hoboken but did not give a date.

However, they recently posted several announcements that use the address of the W Hotel, a block from the Hoboken waterfront.

Their recent appearance at the Versace mansion caused a buzz, according to the Miami Herald.
