HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A truck got stuck under a trestle in Jersey City on Halloween, backing up traffic into Hoboken, authorities said.
The incident happened near Marin and Henderson Street. It caused “heavier than normal” traffic in the southwest part of Hoboken, authorities said.
