Uma Thurman Movie 'Kill Room' Is Filming At Former Maxwell's Rock Club In Hoboken Today
The movie "The Kill Room," starring Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman, is filming in Hoboken at the former Maxwell's rock club on Monday.
HOBOKEN, NJ — "The Kill Room," a dark comedy film starring Uma Thurman, Samuel L. Jackson, and Joe Manganiello, continues to film in Hoboken this week, with the crew setting up shop Monday morning at the former Maxwell's rock club, now Sirenetta restaurant.

"No Parking" signs were still posted on nearby streets, including Tenth Street between Washington and Bloomfield streets, and the 1000 block of Bloomfield.

Onlookers have been able to see all three lead actors over the last week as they stepped outside the Field Colony art gallery/cowork space. The film centers on an assassin who accidentally becomes an art sensation.
An ad in Backstage for actors to portray art school students said the crew will be filming in Jersey
City on May 12, 19, and 20. Street signs on Bloomfield Street in Hoboken said the crew will be in the area through May 20.

The feature film is being directed by New Jersey native Nicol Paone, with script by Jonathan Jacobson.
