UNION CITY, NJ - A commuter bus crash in Union City with reported injuries has prompted commuting delays in the area Tuesday morning, according to an ABC report.

An Academy Bus traveling east near the Lincoln Tunnel struck westbound vehicles, prompting several individuals to be transported to a nearby hospital, ABC7ny.com reported. All of the injuries appeared to be minor, the outlet reported.

The crash took place around 6:30 a.m. on NJ 495 westbound east of Kennedy Boulevard in Union City, as well as in the bus lane eastbound, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are currently blocked, the agency said.
