Woman Dies, Driver Hospitalized In Hudson County Car Crash: Report
A female passenger died and the driver was hospitalized after a car crash in Hudson County on Sunday.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A female passenger has died and the driver was hospitalized after a car crash in Harrison on Sunday, reports said.
Damaris Michell Tipan Gonzalez, 20, of Kearny was killed in the crash, which occurred around 2:30 a.m. on I-280, said a report on News 12. The driver, 24-year-old Dandy J. Quituizaca-Angama of Newark, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Quituizaca-Angama lost control of the car and struck a traffic sign and trees, state police told the outlet. The News 12 report is here.
