2 Emergency Road Closures In Holmdel

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Holmdel Police announced two emergency road closures earlier this morning, according to a social media post.

Because of emergency road work, Van Brackle Road will remain closed off until after 5 p.m. The police department has already placed detours.

Laurel Avenue was closed at the NJ Transit Railroad Bridge after a truck struck the bridge, causing damage earlier in the morning. The police have warned residents to expect traffic delays all the way to Middletown, specifically Kings Highway, Highway 35, and Red Hill Road.
