2 Firefighters Injured In Holmdel Fire Saturday
This was the scene at 6 Barrister Drive Saturday morning, when a three-alarm fire broke out in a private home.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Local volunteer firefighters were on the scene of this very serious house fire Saturday morning, Sept. 1, in Holmdel Twp.
The fire broke out at a private home on Barrister Drive. Two firefighters were injured fighting the blaze: One fell a few feet down a stairwell and was taken to Bayshore Medical Center. The other suffered smoke inhalation, a reporter for the Asbury Park Press tweeted. Both were minor injuries.
All occupants and pets made it out of the home safely.
