HOLMDEL, NJ — A shuttle service to the PNC Bank Arts Center has been discontinued, the music venue recently announced.
In a statement posted on Wednesday, the PNC Bank Arts Center said that due to the increased availability of Rideshare options, shuttle service from the train station to the venue will no longer be offered.
According to a report from NJ 101.5, the shuttle previously ran from the Aberdeen-Matawan train station to the Arts Center.
Though the shuttle service has been discontinued, the Arts Center said on-site parking lot shuttles will continue to run to help fans get to and from the gates.
Concert attendees can also continue to plan ahead using rideshare, designated drop-off areas, or on-site parking, which all remain available.
Located off Exit 116 on the Garden State Parkway, the PNC Bank Arts Center is a hotspot for summer concerts, entertainment and more in Monmouth County.
In addition to shows planned at the Arts Center this summer, the venue will also be home to the Garden State Arts Foundation’s Free Concert Series, which is set to run from mid-May through early July.
