During the tour, residents and visitors will have the opportunity to explore the site firsthand, learn more about the property, and engage directly with local officials during a Q&A session.

“Whether you have specific questions about the site or are simply interested in seeing the property, all are welcome to attend this community event,” township officials said.

The redevelopment of the former Vonage property has been in the works since 2024, when the Township Committee designated the site as an area in need of redevelopment.

Most recently, the Holmdel Planning Board approved Phase 1 plans for the redevelopment project, called “Azura at Holmdel."

According to planners, Azura at Holmdel will be a senior living community with a new emergency services building, townhouses, community meeting rooms and more.

To learn more about the site visit, you can visit the Holmdel Township website.
