Hazlet Deputy Chief Graduates From FBI National Academy

The academy is an executive-level program only open to law enforcement officers who have been nominated by their respective agencies.

HAZLET, NJ — Hazlet's Deputy Chief of Police recently graduated from the FBI National Academy program, the Hazlet Township Police Department recently announced.

On June 18, Deputy Chief Kevin Geoghan graduated as part of Session #298.

The FBI National Academy is a highly competitive, executive-level program that is only open to law enforcement officers who have been nominated by their respective agencies.

The 10-week program at Quantico, Virginia, covers a wide range of topics, including leadership, ethics, and investigative techniques, providing advanced leadership and investigative training to law enforcement professionals from around the world.

"Deputy Chief Geoghan's completion of this program demonstrates his commitment to excellence and will enhance our department's capabilities in serving and protecting our community," the police department said.
