Police responded to a barricaded woman in New Jersey on Thursday night, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Prosecutors say the situation ended peacefully.
Heavily armed officers responded to the possible standoff in Hazlet, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Officers from the Monmouth County Emergency Response Team were dispatched to the scene. An exact location was not known, but a staging area was set up at the corner of Palmer Avenue and Mary Ann Court, according to authorities.
