Bayshore Gets High Marks For Stroke Treatment, Bariatric Surgery

HOLMDEL, NJ — Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel recently received high marks for its bariatric surgery services and treatment of stroke.

The grades were given by 2020 Healthgrades, a leading resource that grades and ranks hospitals and doctors. The grades are released online every year.

Bayshore received five-star 2020 Healthgrades in the following categories:

    • Five-Star Recipient for Overall Bariatric Surgery

As Patch reported, Bayshore Medical Center is also getting a brand-new ER, although its opening is a ways off. Construction is scheduled to begin in January of 2020, and the new ER won't open its doors until late 2021.
