Belford Man Had Heroin in Hazlet Township, Police Say
A Belford man was arrested in Hazlet Township last week for having heroin and a hypodermic needle on him, according to a criminal complaint.

Hazlet, NJ - A Belford man was arrested in Hazlet Township last week for having a small amount of heroin and a hypodermic needle on him, according to a criminal complaint.
Robert Dunn, 26, of 10th Street in Belford, was arrested Tuesday, May 10 for having one wax fold of of a powdery white substance, suspected to be heroin, said police. The wax baggie was stamped "Ground Work." He also had four empty similar baggies, also stamped "Ground Work," and one hypodermic needle, police said.
Dunn was charged with third-degree possession and a disorderly persons offense.
