Bell Works Hotel In Holmdel To Open In 2021
The 186-room hotel will not be a brand-name like a Marriott or Hilton: It will be run by a boutique hotel operator.

HOLMDEL, NJ — 2021 is now when Bell Works' rooftop hotel is scheduled to open.
Bell Works announced that date on their Twitter feed Friday morning, according to the Asbury Park Press.
The 186-room hotel will not be a brand-name like a Marriott or a Hilton: A boutique hotel operator named Destination Hotels was selected by Bell Works to operate the hotel, which has not yet been named.

However, the rooftop hotel is supposed to also include a 13,000-square-foot rooftop bar/lounge and an outdoor infinity pool. It will include the use of the already-existing multiple Bell Works ballrooms, located in the basement of the building, as well as several conference rooms throughout the building. Originally, there were also plans for a luxury spa and signature restaurant.
The hotel will serve business people who work in the building, said Bell Works owner Ralph Zucker, when it was first announced more than two years ago. However, these days Bell Works is also becoming increasingly popular as a place to host weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and other events, so those guests will likely use the hotel, as well.
