Bell Works Retail Space Now Fully Leased: See New Businesses

The leasing achievement marks "a major milestone" for Inspired by Somerset Development and its first of three metroburbs, officials said.

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Block at Bell Works is now 100% occupied following the opening of four new businesses, the metroburb recently announced.

Located on Crawfords Corner Road, Bell Works is a hot spot for dining, entertainment, shopping and more that’s attracted the attention of local residents and out-of-state visitors alike for its unique architecture and appearance on hit shows like Apple TV’s “Severance.”

With the opening of The Block’s four new businesses, Bell Works has marked “a major milestone” for Inspired by Somerset Development and its first of three metroburbs, officials said.

The leasing success comes on the heels of Inspired’s completion of its newest metroburb at Fort Monmouth in Tinton Falls, which is expected to lease up soon.

  • StretchMed: A one-on-one assisted stretching service designed to improve mobility, reduce chronic pain and enhance flexibility. (Opened January 2026)
  • Lolly’s Nail Lounge: A modern, non-toxic nail salon offering expert manicures, body and eyebrow waxing and facials. (Opened January 2026)
  • Milan’s Children’s Gift Market: A curated children’s boutique specializing in high-end toys, gifts, apparel and accessories for babies through tweens. (Opened March 2026)
  • Allure Jewelry & Watches: A family-owned business committed to offering only the finest quality jewelry and watches. (Opened March 2026)
