Our Teen Summer Strength Camp is a 3-week training program (or choose one of the weeks) designed for boys and girls entering, currently in, or just finishing high school. Whether your teen is preparing for their next sports season, in the middle of training, or just needs a structured way to stay active this summer, this camp provides expert coaching in:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Sport Specific Exercises (tailored to athlete’s needs)
- Agility & Coordination
- Confidence & Body Awareness
Each week has a specific focus, helping teens build progressively while learning proper movement, training habits, and body awareness along the way.
📅 Camp runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 1:00–3:00 PM
🗓️ July 7–23 at CrossFit Salus in Middletown, NJ
💲 $375 for full camp | $150 per week option
📍 Serving Monmouth County: Middletown, Hazlet, Holmdel, Keyport, Red Bank, and surrounding areas
No experience is necessary. Some teens come in already training hard. Others are brand new to strength work. Both are welcome here.
