Connect With Bluetooth At Holmdel Safety Initiative Wednesday

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 15, Holmdel Best Buy can help residents link their cell phones to their cars to cut down on distracted driving.

HOLMDEL, N.J.—The Holmdel Township Police Department has partnered with Best Buy here in a free Bluetooth Pairing Initiative to help lower crashes related to distracted driving.

On Wednesday, June 15, drivers will be shown the best way to avoid distracted driving, as well as be taught how to use cell phone features, such as the do not disturb option at the Best Buy at 2130 Route 35 here.

Cell phone dash mounts will be provided to drivers in our senior community if needed.
