Cops: Howell Man Steals Five Lawn Mowers, Chain Saw From Hazlet Kmart

A 20-year-old Howell man was charged with stealing five lawn mowers, a chain saw and an air bed from the Hazlet Kmart, police said.

Brandon Laboy was charged with shoplifting in connection with the July 12 incident, police said.

Laboy allegedly conspired with at least two others to commit “such crimes,” police said.

Laboy also allegedly shoplifted numerous cases of Red Bull and toys that were either displayed or stored, police said.

Laboy was arrested on Aug. 8 on $10,000 bail. Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office released the information last week
