Craft Beer Fest to be held on October 15 in Holmdel to raise money to sponsor a Medical Service Dog to aid a wounded Veteran

AHEPA Chapter 517 in partnership with K9s for Warriors www.k9sforwarriors.org and the Lt. Dennis W. Zilinski II Memorial Fund http://runwithdennis.org/lt-dennis-w-zilinski-ii-memorial-fund/ sponsored its first Medical Service Dog to aid a wounded Veteran in 2016.

The VA estimates that 25% of the Veterans who returning from war have been diagnosed with PTSD and other traumatic physical injuries. Studies have shown these amazing Service Dogs help these Veterans mitigate their disability and overcome challenges

On October 15, 2016 we will be holding our Third Annual Craft Beerfest and Chili Tasting at 6:00 pm at 20 Hillcrest Rd. Holmdel to raise funds for our next Service Dog(Cost:$15,000)
