Upcoming work on the park will focus on three primary objectives, according to the township website:
- Building Demolition: To clear the way for park improvements, several outdated structures will be safely removed from the site.
- Historic Preservation: New security fencing will be installed around the Horn Antenna to safeguard this National Historic Landmark from potential vandalism.
- Public Safety: Structural fencing will be placed along the perimeter of the park's steep cliffside to ensure the safety of all residents and hikers.
Those with questions about the project are encouraged to reach out to township officials and join them at the town's next public meeting.
