for 18 years of service and dedication to the youth of Holmdel

Come out on
Friday, February 24th 2012
at The PNC Arts Center Reception Center
from 8 o'clock until Midnight
for A Fun Night with Friends
including A Delicious Buffet Dinner, Premium Open Bar, and a Basket Raffle

Cost of Event is $90 per person (includes dinner and four hour premium open bar)

If you have a complete table of 10 people, please designate a "head of table."  Have them collect all money and reservation forms, and send them together in one envelope.  If you are sending only one reservation we will seat you based on the team affiliation or organization you list on your reservation form.  All reservations must be accompanied by a check and are due by 2/17/12.  Tickets for the basket raffle will be sold at the event (cash only).
