Fire Guts Holmdel Real Estate Office Saturday Night

Breaking: The fire occurred in a real estate office at 51 East Main St. just after 10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A real estate office on Main Street in Holmdel was completely gutted by a fire there Saturday night, as you can see from video below.

The fire broke out at 10:18 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 at 51 East Main Street. Holmdel police arrived within three minutes of receiving the call and found the building fully engulfed in flames. It's a commercial real estate office that was unoccupied at the time. Neuhaus Realtors operated from that building, TAP Into Holmdel reported.

Holmdel Fire and First Aid responded, as did Union Beach, Hazlet, Matawan, Tinton Falls, North Centerville and Keansburg Fire Departments. Nobody was injured in fighting the fire.

What exactly caused the fire has not been determined, and Holmdel police are investigating. They ask that anyone with info., call Holmdel Police Detective Sergeant Ed Martinez at 732-946-4400.
