Four Indicted for Having Heroin in Hazlet and Highlands, Prosecutor Says
Some familiar names pop up as the Bayshore's heroin problem continues.

Hazlet, NJ - Four people were indicted last week in three separate incidents of heroin possession in the Bayshore region earlier this summer, according to the Monmouth County prosecutor's office:
Josh Adamczyk, 28, of Union Beach, was indicted for allegedly having heroin as well as adderall in Hazlet Township on July 1.
Michael Woodward, 42, of Highlands, was indicted for allegedly having heroin in Highlands on June 26, the prosecutor said.

Jessica Cedeno, 36, of Highlands and Sean Waterman, 30, of Keansburg were both indicted for having cocaine in Hazlet on May 30. Jessica was also indicted for possessing heroin at the time of her arrest, prosecutors said. Cedeno and Waterman have been arrested for heroin possession before, in late November 2015. Police raided a Crescent Street home in Keansburg on Nov. 29 and seized 459 decks of heroin, as well as cutting and packaging materials. In addition to Cedeno and Waterman, three others were arrested as part of the raid and a 9-year-old child was found in the home at the time.
