Hazlet Man Exposed Himself Twice in Shrewsbury, Prosecutor Says

He pulled up alongside women in his car and exposed himself twice in the past month, police say.

SHREWSBURY, NJ - A young man who gave a Hazlet address was arrested this month and charged with exposing himself to women in Shrewsbury two different times, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Patrick Carroll, 21, of Bucknell Drive in Hazlet, was charged with two alleged incidents: The first was Wednesday, Jan. 11 in Shrewsbury after police said he pulled up next to a woman in his car and exposed his genitals to her.

Exactly one week later, police said he did it again: On Wednesday, Jan. 18, he again pulled up alongside a woman in his car in Shrewsbury and exposed himself, police said. In that incident, he spoke to the woman, asking if she "liked his d***" while masturbating, police charge. When Carroll was arrested that time, he gave a Loch Arbor address.
