HOLMDEL, NJ — At 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, Holmdel police say they were called to a home on Weller Place for an alarm call. Officers found that there was an attempted burglary at the residence. If anyone saw suspicious activity in this area, please contact the Holmdel Police immediately at 732-946-4400. On Saturday, Nov. 16 a home was also broken into on Yellow Brook Road in Holmdel, also at around 7:20 p.m. Police have not said if the two break-ins are related.
