NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ - Update: The original charges were dismissed and amended to "Failure to Give CDS to Police," which is a Disorderly Persons offense. A Holmdel man was arrested in Neptune Township last week after police said he was found with heroin and a syringe. A 29-year-old resident of Forest Park Ct. in Holmdel was arrested in Neptune Thursday, March 23 after police said he was found there with less than half an ounce of heroin. He was also found with a hypodermic needle and several glassine baggies, police said.
