Holmdel Man Sexually Assaulted Girl, 16, and Filmed Girl, 11: Prosecutor Charges
He raped a teen girl who he is related to, prosecutors say, and filmed another girl, 11, while she bathed.

Holmdel, NJ - A 60-year-old Holmdel man was arrested Feb. 1 and is accused of sexually assaulting and anally penetrating a 16-year-old girl who he is related to by blood, the Monmouth County prosecutor’s office announced Wednesday.
The same man is also accused of filming an 11-year-old girl while she was naked and bathing in her home, the prosecutor said.
The man’s identity will not be revealed by Patch to protect both victims.

He is accused of committing sexual assault against the 16-year-old by entering her bedroom, where he sodomized her, and forced oral sex and manual stimulation on the girl, prosecutors say.
He was legally responsible for the child’s care at the time, according to court documents.

He also was charged with filming a different girl, 11, while she was naked and bathing in her home, prosecutors say. Court documents did not specify if he was related to that girl.
