Holmdel Police Chase Car Stolen From Spring Lake Friday Morning
A car reported stolen out of Spring Lake was seen in Holmdel at 2 a.m. Friday morning on Cross Run Road. Police pursued the vehicle.
HOLMDEL, NJ — A car reported stolen out of Spring Lake was seen in Holmdel at 2 a.m. Friday morning, reported police. Police think the individuals inside were attempting to enter unlocked cars parked in Holmdel driveways.
The white sports car was spotted by police at 2 a.m. on Cross Run Road near Huntley Road. The sports car had previously been reported stolen from Spring Lake, said police.
When Holmdel police attempted to stop the car, it fled. Holmdel police initiated a motor vehicle pursuit and the chase entered the Garden State Parkway.

The pursuit was ultimately terminated on the Garden State Parkway northbound near the Driscoll Bridge.
Holmdel police continue to remind residents to lock their cars and remove keys and key fobs.
