Holmdel Township Calls On Community To Help Ukraine

HOLMDEL, NJ — Holmdel Township is standing in solidarity with Ukraine by hosting a community medical supply drive to gather donations for Ukrainian people in need.

The Township Committee made the announcement of the drive at the committee meeting on Wednesday night. Starting Thursday, the township will be collecting basic medical supplies at the town hall.

Residents interested in donating supplies can place them in the bin in the Town Hall lobby labeled “Ukraine Supply Drive."

People can donate the following supplies:

  • Gauze
  • Tweezers
  • Burn cream
  • Medical tape
  • Over-the-counter pain relievers
  • Antibiotic creams
  • Band-aids
  • Emergency blankets
  • Ace bandages
  • Vaseline
  • Safety Pins
  • Saline eyewash
  • Medical gloves
  • Backpacks
  • Antiseptic wipes

All supplies must be new, unopened, and unexpired. The donation drive will come to an end on March 23 at the end of the business day.
