IT IS on this 21st day of April, 2020 hereby ORDERED as follows:
1. The Compliance Hearing in the above matter is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 23,
2020 at 9:00 a.m. The Monmouth County Courthouse will not be open to the public on that
date, and the Compliance Hearing will thus be held via video conference, and can be viewed at
www.njcourts.gov, under the “public/media” tab, and thereafter “virtual courtrooms”, for
Monmouth County. Individuals wishing to speak at the hearing shall contact Andrew Bayer,
Esq. counsel for the Township of Holmdel, to obtain a call-in number.
2. A copy of this order shall be posted on the Township of Holmdel’s website.
