Hummus & Pita Co. Now Open At Bell Works

HOLMDEL, NJ — The list of food options continues to expand at Bell Works: Hummus & Pita Co. opened this past Monday, Nov. 26 inside the mammoth office complex. Here are some photos of the grand opening.

They say everything is made on site from scratch and they use family recipes handed down over several generations. You order at the counter. Hummus & Pita is just one of the latest and expanding lunch options for the growing number of office workers at Bell Works.

Most of the eateries are located in the area of the newly-named "Bell Market" inside the building. This 6,000-square-foot food hall started with the opening of Bubz Deli and Broadfork Grains & Greens over the summer, followed by Jozu (ramen & sushi) and then Honeybell bakery, which opened in August.

The final piece of the puzzle is the full unveiling of Corbo & Sons, which will specialize in wood-oven pizzas and antipasti (and has a full bar). Right now it's only open on Wednesdays from 2-8 p.m., but after Sept. 25 it's supposed to open full time. Sommelier Chantelle Corbo is supposed to debut a Bell Works wine club later this year.

Bell Market is by no means designed only for people lucky enough to work in the building. Anyone in the Holmdel-Middletown-Colts Neck area should stop by for lunch. The hotel planned for the roof of Bell Works is still on track to open in 2020.
