Aberdeen Krauszer’s Sells $287,000 Winning Lottery Ticket

Breaking: Good news if you happened to buy a lottery ticket this week at the Krauszer's on South Concourse:

KEYPORT, NJ — Good news if you live in Cliffwood Beach and happened to buy a lottery ticket this week at the Krauszer's on South Concourse: That store just happened to sell one of the big winners, the state lottery announced Wednesday.

Two lucky tickets matched all five numbers drawn, splitting the $574,010 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Tuesday, April 24 drawing. Each ticket is worth $287,005. The winning numbers were: 09, 14, 15, 23 and 28 and the XTRA number was: 02. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:

  • Monmouth County: Krauszer’s, 825 South Concourse St., Cliffwood Beach; and
  • Passaic County: Estelle Supermarket, 145 Passaic St., Passaic

A winner has not yet come forward for either ticket. Those two stores will receive a $2,000 bonus check for selling the winning tickets.
