Local Realty Company Kicks Off 7th Annual Donation Drive

EXIT Realty East Coast is partnering with Lunch Break to collect non-perishable food and hygiene items for those in need.

HOLMDEL, NJ — EXIT Realty East Coast is hosting its seventh annual Donation Drive for Lunch Break, a Red Bank-based non-profit organization that helps those in need in Monmouth County and surrounding areas.

From now through Nov. 20, the company is collecting non-perishable food and hygiene items for the drive.

Donations can be dropped off at EXIT Realty East Coast’s office at 57 E. Main Street, Holmdel, or sent to the office's address via Amazon and other online platforms.

Suggested donation items include:

  • Natural peanut butter
  • Canned fruit
  • Apple sauce
  • Healthy cereals
  • Oatmeal
  • Dried and canned beans
  • Soup
  • Canned meats
  • Pasta (not spaghetti)
  • Canned vegetables
  • Plain, shelf-stable almond or oat milk
  • Diapers (newborn through size 6)
  • Baby wipes
  • Toiletries

Last year, the company collected 1,200 pounds of food — a record-high number of donations since starting the drive in 2017.

"Every year our drive for Lunch Break has been incredibly successful, and we hope we can surpass last year's donation amount and set a new record," said Robert Shirvanian, the broker of records/owner of EXIT Realty East Coast. "We are incredibly fortunate to be part of this wonderful community, and welcome the opportunity to give back to those in need."
