Luxury Boutique Hotel Operator Chosen For Bell Works Hotel
There is also supposed to be a conference center and ballroom, which are supposed to open this year. The hotel will open in 2020.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A boutique hotel operator has been selected to run the as-of-yet unopened hotel on the top floor of Bell Works in Holmdel.
A privately-owned company called Destination Hotels will operate the hotel, which has not yet been named. Destination Hotels, headquartered in Colorado, operates small-scale resorts, spas and inns in places such as Vail, Carmel Valley, California, Sedona and a resort and spa in Lake Tahoe.
Bell Works appears to be their first venture in the great Garden State.

Also new today is the revelation that the hotel will also include a conference center and ballroom. Those are both scheduled to open later this year, in the fall of 2018. The hotel will open in 2020. It is not exactly clear yet where within Bell Works the ballroom or conference center will be located.
There were originally plans to put an infinity pool on the roof of Bell Works, pictured above in an artist rendering, but it is currently unknown if that is still included.

The hotel will be housed on the top floor of Bell Works (the sixth floor), and will feature 186 oversized guest rooms, including entertaining suites, a signature restaurant, a 13,000-square-foot rooftop bar, a luxury spa and game room. While Bell Works is already humming with eateries, the Holmdel public library and office tenants, they are scheduled to start construction on the hotel immediately, Bell Works owner Somerset Development says.
“Bell Works is one of the most pioneering developments of today, reinvigorating the economy and elevating the landscape of one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing regions,” said Jamie Sabatier, CEO of Two Roads Hospitality, which operates Destination Hotels. “The new Destination property will be an amalgamation of both historic architectural elements and modern amenities, and is designed as a central gathering place for the entire community.”
The conference center will consist of 40,000 square feet of meeting space, including an auditorium featuring a historically-preserved, original design with seating for 300 guests. There will also be a kosher kitchen and an atrium space available for public and private events.
