Man Steals from 2 Manalapan Developments, Holmdel Water Supplier, Police Say
He was indicted this week for the alleged thefts, which occurred in June.

Holmdel, NJ - A Perth Amboy man was indicted this week for allegedly stealing water equipment from two different residential developments in Manalapan, and a water utility provider in Holmdel.
Lucio Morales-Rosas, 34, of Perth Amboy, was indicted for stealing three different pieces of water equipment, each valued at more than $500. He stole equipment from the Meadow Creek Homeowners' Association in Manalapan last June, and from the Knob Hill condo complex, also last June.
Around that same time period, he stole similar water equipment from Shoreland Water, a water utility provider, in Holmdel. Morales-Rosas brought the stolen equipment to South Plainfield, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors did not specify what type of equipment he allegedly stole. Water treatment equipment kept outdoors can be a target for thieves.
