HOLMDEL, NJ — Welcome to the April 3 edition of the Monday Manual, where we highlight important events coming up during the week in Holmdel.

Holmdel Township Planning Board Meeting

The Holmdel Planning Board will meet virtually on Tuesday, April 5 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. via Zoom. According to the agenda, the board will be conducting a public hearing on a proposed housing subdivision entitled “Heavenly Estates” along the eastbound side of Newman Springs Road, opposite Vonage Technology Center.

Holmdel Township Zoning Board Meeting

The Holmdel Zoning Board will meet on Wednesday, April 6 at 7 p.m. in the Holmdel Town Hall meeting room. The board will continue the public hearing on the proposed dementia facility at 470 Red Hill Road, according to the agenda.

Holmdel Board of Education Meeting

The Holmdel Township Board of Education will meet at Holmdel High School on Wednesday, April 6 at 7 p.m. All board meetings are also live-streamed and available on the district's website.

Holmdel Charter Study Commission Meeting

Although the agenda for the meeting has not been announced, the commission has been tasked with researching the township's current form of government and deciding whether to propose changes, recommendations, or possibly a new form of government.

The meeting will be streamed live on the Holmdel Township Facebook page.
