New Gym & Health Club Coming To Holmdel: See Details

HOLMDEL, NJ — A new gym and health club is set to open in Holmdel this winter.

Fitness Factory, which currently has another location in Bell Works, will open in Holmdel Towne Center on Route 35 in Winter 2026, according to their website.

The new gym will bring 38,000 square feet of state-of-the-art training, premium amenities, and outstanding services to the community, officials said.

The location will also feature cardio and strength equipment, a three-lane lap pool, hot tub, sauna, full turf area, Kids Club, Juice Bar, retail and full locker rooms.

"Everything you need to train stronger, recover better, and crush your fitness and wellness goals," the club said.

At Fitness Factory, the club's goal is to provide "the ultimate fitness experience" with customer service and staff that aim to motivate and inspire members to improve their health and make fitness part of their everyday lives.

With the opening of their new Holmdel location, the club will join 18 other locations throughout NJ and NY.

According to their website, a new club is expected to open in Princeton, NJ, as well.
