Obituary: Frank Fusco, 91, of Hazlet

Frank P. Fusco, 91, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2012 at Bayshore Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. 

He was born on July 1, 1921 in Manhattan, New York, where he grew up. 

In 1971, he and his wife Antoinette settled in Hazlet, New Jersey.

Frank and his wife Antoinette were proprietors of their own dry cleaning business, Enterprise Dry Cleaning. 

Frank was also a proud veteran of the United States Navy and served during World War II on the U.S.S. Enterprise. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Gennaro and Felicia (Ricardella) Fusco, and his beloved and devoted wife of 66 years, Antoinette (Rispoli) Fusco. 

Frank is survived by his loving children, Phyllis M. Peluso and her husband Thomas of Hazlet, New Jersey, Gene Fusco and his wife Kathy of Wyckoff, New Jersey, Thomas Fusco and his wife Kimberli of Scottsdale, Arizona, his dear brothers, Anthony Fusco of Binghampton, New York, Mario Fusco and his wife Colette of Monroe Township, New Jersey, Peter Fusco and his wife Joan of Hicksville, New York, along with his cherished grandchildren, Christopher Peluso and his wife Melanie of Sussex County, New Jersey, Kerri Fusco and her fiance Brent Norcia of Wyckoff, New Jersey, Matthew Peluso and his wife Marcella of Maryland, Michael Fusco and his wife Melanie of Connecticut, Thomas Fusco Jr. of Scottsdale, Arizona, Kristen Fusco of Scottsdale, Arizona and his adored great grandchildren, Anthony Peluso, Vincent Peluso, and Frankie Fusco. 

He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Thursday morning, September 6, 2012, 9;45 to 10:30 AM, at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 State Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, September 6, 2012, 11:00 AM, at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 727 Highway 36, Union Beach, New Jersey 07735.

Entombment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Keyport, New Jersey.
