Oxy Scam Attempt at Hazlet CVS, Police Say
A couple was arrested Sunday trying to get bogus prescriptions filled for Oxycodone at the Rt. 35 CVS, police said.

HAZLET, NJ - A Mastic, New York couple was arrested Sunday at the CVS pharmacy in Hazlet, after police said they were found trying to get bogus prescription scripts filled. The couple was trying to get the fake prescriptions filled for Oxycodone pills, police said.
Farnesia Wilson, 58, of Mastic and Benjamin Darby, 45, also of Mastic, were found with 17 blank prescription scripts on them, all from various doctors, police said. They were stopped when Wilson tried to get a prescription filled for 90 Oxycodone pills. However, the prescription had not been made out to her and was forged, police said.
When the couple was searched, all the other prescription blanks were found.
