Road Repair Work, Postponed For Weather, Resumes Thursday In Holmdel
Road work on Takolusa Drive in Holmdel, postponed from earlier this week, is planned for Thursday, Oct. 6.
HOLMDEL, NJ — The road work on Takolusa Drive that was planned for Monday will resume Thursday, Oct. 6. Bad weather delayed the project, police said.
From 9 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. Thursday, Takolusa Drive will be closed between Telegraph Hill Road and Centerville Road. A detour will be in place, so police advise planning an alternate route.
The project began last week with milling and paving work, and had been scheduled to continue on Monday when the storms from Hurricane Ian hit the area.
