Sign Up For Jan./Feb. Zumba At The Hazlet Rec Center

HAZLET, NJ — Sign up for Zumba classes this January and February 2019 at the Hazlet rec center!
These classes will be offered on Monday nights from 7-8 p.m., and Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. throughout January and February.
It's $100 for a total of 14 classes for the two months. Zumba is a fitness routine that incorporates Latin and international dancing with fitness moves. It also provides interval training (alternating fast and slow rhythms) and resistance training.
