Special Delivery From Child To Troopers In Holmdel

State Police say they got a special delivery at their Holmdel barracks, from a little girl named Alyssa.

In a post on Instagram, police posted photos of bags of candy, along with a drawing and note from the child that said, “Thank you troopers for keeping us safe. You work very hard for us.”

There was also another note, explaining the candy delivery. That explanation included “Lifesavers because that’s who you are,” and “Take 5 to remind you to take care of yourselves.”
