The Public Is Invited To Enjoy Refreshments, Contests, Prizes and A Meet and Greet With Staff

The newest addition to 'The Block At Bell Works' in Holmdel, Swing Loose Indoor Golf is opened for business! Pete Myers and James Fiore, two entrepreneurs who are avid golfers, are the owners. The duo, who have extensive experience in finance, met while attending Villanova University and had always talked about owning a golf-related business. While they discussed the possibility of purchasing a country club, instead the more immediately realistic idea of opening an indoor virtual golf range took hold. Taking a gamble on the Bell Works location and the amount of attention the 'metroburb' is attracting, Pete and James figured that the combination of publicity and the sheer number of golfers in the immediate area would be a winning hand. And with the special lounge space they created in the rear area of their virtual golf range dedicated to events and private outings, they want to capitalize on the fact that it is easy for companies located within Bell Works, and the surrounding communities, to host team-building exercises and unique outings. "We are definitely offering a total experience," noted Pete. Anyone from beginners to advanced golfers can come to have a good time with friends, play with their usual foursome, or just come individually to perfect their game." Since this is an indoor experience, a golfer can complete 18 holes in about one hour, Pete explained, without worries about inclement weather, 365 days per year.

The virtual golf range has 6 simulator bays and utilizes the latest technology - TRACKMAN - for those who want to play and improve. The technology actually analyzes the player's game, projecting each shot's trajectory on a 9-foot by 16-foot movie screen. Players of all ages and skill levels use real golf clubs and golf balls, and through the simulator, can play on over 60 international golf courses, just like professional golfers. The simulator also provides 26 impact and ball flight parameters within one second.

Swing Loose Indoor Golf is also a great place for corporate team-building events and private outings, as well as family gatherings or just a fun night out. A single bay can accommodate a single player or a foursome for play and/or competition. Hourly rentals are offered as well as three different levels of membership for those who want more consistent practice or play time.
