Utility Work, Lane Shifts Planned In Holmdel: See When

HOLMDEL, NJ — Drivers should be aware of utility work set to take place in Holmdel next week.

Starting on Monday (Feb. 16) and running through Saturday (Feb. 21), scheduled utility work will take place on Crawfords Corner Road and Longstreet Road.

To ensure the safety of work crews and drivers, township officials said there will be daily lane shifts in effect on both roadways. The schedule will be as follows:

Monday

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Tuesday

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Crawfords Corner Rd (lane shift) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Longstreet Rd (lane shift) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

While the roads will remain open, township officials are urging drivers to anticipate minor delays and plan travel accordingly.

"Please exercise caution when driving through work zones and follow the directions of on-site flaggers or law enforcement," officials said.
