Vietnam Veterans' Day Honored in Holmdel

Holmdel, NJ - March 29 is Vietnam Veterans' Day and the Holmdel Police Honor Guard participated in a solemn ceremony to honor Vietnam veterans at the memorial there Tuesday.

The New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Memorial is located in Holmdel Township. In other Vietnam veterans' news, a replica of the Vietnam War Memorial will be coming to New Jersey in April.

The American Veterans Traveling Tribute Vietnam Memorial Wall will be visiting Carteret from April 23 through May 1. The Traveling Vietnam Wall is an 80% replica size of the original monument in Washington, D.C. and stands 8-feet tall at its apex. This will be a special 4-day exhibit open for display around the clock at the Carteret Park. Learn more here.
