Women Arrested For Forgery, Credit Card Theft: Hazlet Police

A Brooklyn man was arrested on seven counts relating to forgery, credit card theft, and identity theft, police said.

HAZLET, NJ-- A woman was charged with seven counts relating to using a stolen credit card and fake drivers license at a Home Depot in Hazlet, police said.

Kelly Douglas, from Brooklyn, was charged with a number of crimes in relation to the August 3rd Home Depot incident.

According to police, Douglas was charged with possessing and using a fake drivers license, and identity theft that benefitted her in excess of $500.

She was also charged with using a stolen Home Depot credit card, fraudulent use of that card in excess of $500, and theft by deception of items worth over $500.

Douglas' final charge was for obstruction of the administration of the law.
